Yoga’s should be done under an Expert’s guidance to get the best results.
Exercises like cycling, swimming, rope dancing, skipping or brisk walking are all very good. It helps a person to enjoy the best health conditions.
It is better to take “Fitness Tests” in a Hospital of repute once or twice in a year even if you are enjoying sound health

Diet is dependent on our lifestyle. In today’s world, everyone is trying to make their best efforts to survive in a market where there is cut throat competition. Who has the time to prepare meals at home? No one, both the spouses run to make both ends meet since morning and get back home tired. Some bring packed food home, some take tiffin boxes from the nearby canteen in their locality. Still some get compelled to eat junk food from the stalls serving hot, tasty and spicy fast food. Most of us get back home to retire on bed.
With the degeneration of joint families and the rise of nuclear families in plenty our lifestyle has changed. This change has given birth to Western lifestyle and Western food habits. Preparing traditional meals are rare these days and intake of fast food, junk food or careless gobbling of anything that comes in time of a hungry stomach has become an easier and careless way of life. Such a lifestyle is giving way to a lot of diseases like cancers, tumors, spinal problems and deadly diseases that reduces the immunity of a person. As a result most of us or our family members are becoming susceptible to life threatening illnesses. A healthy diet is a wise choice that every individual should make. A healthy mind in a healthy body is the key to our successful lifestyle.
